The International Stroke Perfusion Imaging Registry has been established to provided a web-based database of imaging and clinical stroke data for evaluation of application and outcomes of advanced stroke imaging.

The overall ownership of the database belongs to the Sydney Brain Center (SBC, Director Professor Mark Parsons), while each centre has access to their own data and has the right to publish their own data. The responsibility for publication based on the database belongs to the Steering Committees of researchers and clinicians who are involved in the INSPIRE research projects (Chair Professor Mark Parsons). Publication of data will be on application to the Steering Committee. There is a National Data Manager for the Project who will be responsible for the daily management and analysis of data entered and is answerable to the Steering Committee.
